Google to merge with Double Click, Europe Approves

European Regulators just gave the ‘Okay’ for Google to go ahead and purchase the Online Advertising Company, Double Click, for $3.1 Billion. It was decided to be allowed by the European Commission, he stated that its investigation, opened in November had concluded “that the transaction would be unlikely to have harmful effects of consumers, either in ad serving or intermediation in online advertising markets.” I guess adsense is just bound to dominate while all other Advertising Companies gets pushed a side.
